Nominate an Outstanding Tri Delta

Don't be so modest! Tri Delta values modesty in our members but we also want to recognize our members for their accomplishments. Nominate either yourself or another Tri Delta today! Here's how:

* Submit information about volunteer, philanthropic, civic or professional pursuits - or anything for which you are especially proud.

* You may submit the information for yourself or use it to alert us about the accomplishments of another Tri Delta.

* You may submit information at any time. Be sure to include the name (1st, maiden, last), College/University attended, name of member completing the application (if different from first name listed), address, city/state/zip, e-mail and telephone.

Instructions

* Type or print clearly.

* Include all information listed above (under the last asterisk) and on a separate sheet of paper, list details of the accomplishment. Include supporting material if available (e.g. news articles, press releases, photographs, etc).
